Not quite sure what's going on here... but I like it.

I used to live in the snow as a kid, so I did a painting that reminded me of it :)

So this one ended up being my favorite... It reminds me of the beach as a kid, and the sun is going down and you're cold, and you know you should get out of the water but you have to be in just for the last few minutes before you leave! This one ended up a lot darker than I originally intended.. I may go back and lighten up the starfish a bit. 

I've been doing some traditional oils lately, which has been sooo much fun. I'm doing two grisaille paintings right now, and experimenting with glazing quite a bit! I'll post updates soon :)
